Re-building Procedures
We want you to be informed during the process of re-building.
During the process, if there are questions, ask your personal
representative who will work get the answers you need and keep you
informed. Here are the basic stages:
1. Debris removal is an important first step in re-construction.
2. Foundation inspection by qualified technicians for use or removal of the foundation
3. Design your plans the way your home was or select a new plan
4. Specification and selections by the owner for allowance items, colors and fixtures
5. Review and approval of the construction contract
6. Progress meetings to discuss scheduling and other issues
7. Code Inspections for requirements at milestones in the process
8. System start up and testing for equipment and appliances
9. Final inspection and walk-thru for completion
10. Delivery of written instructions and warranties on appliances etc.
