1. Contract reviewed and signed by all parties.
2. Scaled drawings of the home as it will be re-built
3. Specifications of the materials to be installed in the house
4. Optional Site plan if other outbuildings, fencing, etc. are going to be re-built
5. Copies of partial and full release of liens to be used during construction
6. Other documents will be used during construction. However, they are not legal documents but will provide direction for selections, colors, fixtures and other items.
