  • Meet with our architectural and design staff
  • Design your home like it was or get a fresh new plan –free of charge
  • Approve your budget, specifications, allowances and plans
  • Review and approve the terms of your contract
  • Get the construction started…we should finish construction in about 4 months
  • Set up your warranty and move in!
